Brinjal ( baigan ) ki sabji


INGREDIENTS - 

1/2 kg brinjal,  1 chopped onion, half a bowl of coconut,  7/8 garlic cloves, inch of ginger, coriander leaves,  some peanuts,  1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder,  1tablespoon red chili powder,  1/2 tablespoon garam masala,  salt as required.


Process to make brinjal ( baigan ) ki sabji :-


1- First take a mixer jar add peanuts ( shengdana)  and grind it and remove in a plate and then add. Coconut, garlic cloves, ginger, coriander and grind it in a smooth paste.
2- After grinding this take a brinjal and wash it properly  and cut them into pieces  .
3- Then heat the oil in a Kadhai add chopped onion and mix the onion till the onion gets soft   and after this add red chili powder and mix  it again .
4- After mixing it nicely then add salt as required and turmeric powder and the  coconut , ginger , garlic and coriander paste and mix it again well. Once the mixture starts releasing oil then add brinjal ( baigan )  pieces and cover kadhai with a lid and after this add some water and mix it again and keep it on high flame. Once it get boil add garam masala and mix it and keep it on a medium flame.
5- After some time check whether the brinjal is cooked or not.
6- Once cooked add some coriander leaves and serve it with roti or chapatti or rice as you like .

Matki  ( mat or moth ) ki sabji


INGREDIENTS: -  

1/2 kg matki,  3/4 big Onion ( finely chopped),  1 big Tomato ( finely chopped),  oil as required,  salt as required,  1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder,  1 tablespoon red chili powder,  1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds,  4/5 green chilies.


Process to make matki ( mat or moth ) ki sabji :-


1- Firstly take matki( mat or moth bean) in a Kadhai add some water and salt and cooked it.
2- After this remove all the water from matki ( mat or moth bean ).
3- After this take a kadhai and heat oil in a kadhai .
4- After this add cumin seeds, green chili and onion and mix it ( cook onion till it gets soft ).
5- After this add tomato and turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt as required and mix it well.
6 - After this add matki ( mat or moth bean ) and mix it well and cover the kadhai with a lid or plate and  keep it on a low flame.
7- After 5/10 minutes mix it again and add chopped coriander leaves and the simple matki ki sabji is ready to serve with roti or chapatti.

Shev bhaji / Shev ki sabji


Ingredients :-

250gm shev,  2 chopped onion,  1 chopped Tomato,  1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder,  1/2 tablespoon red chili powder,  salt as required, coriander leaves ( chopped), 5/6 red chili ( chopped), oil,  1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds.


Process to make Shev bhaji / shev ki sabji :-


1- Firstly take a kadhai and heat the oil in a kadhai .
2 - After heating oil add cumin seeds and green chili and onion and mix  it ( cook onion till it gets soft ).
3- Once the onion get soft then  add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt as required and mix it well till the onion and tomato gets cook.
4- Once onion and tomato gets soft, add shev and sprinkle some water with the help hand and mix it well.
5- cover the Kadhai with a lid or plate  and keep the gas on a low flame.
6- After 5/10 minutes Remove the lid and check whether shev is getting soft or not and  mix it again and add chopped coriander leaves.
7- And your shev bhaji or sabji  is ready to serve.
Enjoy the simple shev bhaji with roti or chapatti .
