Soya chunks recipe


1 tablespoon red chili powder ,  ½ tablespoon turmeric powder,  ¼ tablespoon garam masala,  ½ tablespoon chicken masala,  1 tablespoon coriander powder,  salt as required,  pinch of chat masala, Onion ( chopped),  Tomato ( chopped),  pinch of baking powder,  little cinnamon,  1 bay leaf,  ¼ teaspoon coriander powder.

Process of making soya chunks :-

1-  First Take boiling water in a bowl and add soya chunks in it. Once they are soft squeeze out the water from the soya bean.
2-  After this heat oil in a kadhai on a medium flame . When the oil gets hot add cinnamon, bay leaves, pepper  then add chopped onion, tomato puree and mix it for at least 4-5 minutes until it turn into golden color.
3- Now, add   tablespoon red chili powder ,  tablespoon turmeric powder, tablespoon garam masala, tablespoon chicken masala,  tablespoon coriander powder, salt as required, pinch of chat masala and mix it again very well .
4- Now, add pinch of baking soda and soya chunks and cook  it for at least  2 min. And then add cup of water and cook it again  for 4-5 minutes.
5- After this  take a small pan  or kadhai  heat up a oil and add chopped garlic and green chilies and fry for few seconds. Pour it into ready soya chunks and stir it. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve it with roti or rice. 
Enjoy this  simple soya chunks sabji with roti , chapatti or rice .



Bharwa karela/ Stuffed bitter gourd

Ingredients :- 

3/5 small karela( Bitter gourd),  1 lemon,  salt as required,  1 tablespoon turmeric powder,  1 tablespoon coriander powder,  1 teaspoon ginger and  garlic paste,  1 tablespoon red chili powder, oil.

Process of making bharwa karela / stuffed karela :-

    • First  Rinse the bitter gourd ( karela) and then Wipe karela and make them  dry. Make a cut on each karela vertically keep the base intact.
    • After this rub salt and lemon juice over the bitter gourd ( karela) and keep aside for some minutes.
    • After this throw away the juice and wash bitter gourd ( karela).
    • After this take red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, lemon juice , coriander leaves in a plate and mix it well.
    • Stuff the karela with this mixture with your hands.
    • After this Heat oil in and pan and fry the karela in a low flame till the get browned and cooked it well. Once cooked serve it.
    • Enjoy this Bharwa karela with roti or chapatti .



Simple Karela ki sabji /bitter gourd

 Ingredients :-

  ½ kg Karela ( bitter gourd),  8/9 green chilies ( chopped),  5/6 garlic cloves,  2 tablespoon oil,  ½ lemon,  salt as required,  ½ teaspoon turmeric,  1 teaspoon cumin seeds,  coriander leaves ( chopped).

Process of making simple karela ( bitter gourd ) sabji :-

1 – First  Wash the Karela ( bitter gourd)  and then  cut karela  into pieces.
2-  Once the karela is cut  then heat the oil in a pan ( kadhai) and add cumin seeds and garlic and green chilies, salt as required  and turmeric and mix  it well for 1 minute.
3- Then add chopped karela ( bitter gourd) and half lemon ( Put half piece of lemon , no need to squeeze it ) mix it well.
5-  After this , Add some some water, ( as required ).
6-  After this keep the plate on a pan and let karela( bitter gourd) cooked on the lowme and add some chopped coriander leaves.
7- After  5 minutes mix it again nicely and check whether the karela ( bitter gourd)  is cooked or not. If it is cooked turn off the gas and serve the hot karela ( bitter gourd ) with roti or chapatti.
