Chocolate cake


Ingredients :-

100gm flour, 2 teaspoon coco powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 50gm amul butter, 130gm condense milk (milkmaid), ¼ teaspoon soda, 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla essence, 50 ml milk.


Process:-

1 – First apply butter to the tin, then sprinkle flour (Maida) over it and spread it evenly. Dust out the extra flour of the tin.
2 – Cut the butter paper in the shape of the tin with proper measurements and fix inside the tin.
3 – Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree.
4 – Mix the flour, Baking Powder, Soda, Coco powder, and then sleeve the mixture to get fine particles.
5 – In another container, add butter and beat it for around 1 minute then add milk made to it again and beat it for 1 minute.
6 – Then add the sieved mixture to the mixture of butter and milk made and beat it with the help of beater in only one direction for longer period, simultaneously add milk to the batter while beating.
7 – Then put this batter in the tin and spread it evenly with the help of your finger, do not pat the tin once the batter is added to it or else a dome may get formed after baking.
8 – Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
9 – Once the  base of the cake is ready then take a large bowl and add whipped cream into it and whip the cream with beater on high speed and add vanilla essence and then beat the cream again  till the cream get thick. ( Beat in a one direction continuously)
10 -  After this take a baked cake and cut the cake with the help of knife or thread  into 3 to 4 layer as you are comfortable. ( Make sure while cutting them into layer you don’t break them as the cake is soft )
11 -  After this take cake board and put some cream on board and take one layer add some sugar syrup with the help of brush or spoon the layer and then add cream on the layer with the help of palate knife and spread the cream on the whole layer of the  cake, after this repeat the same step with all the layer.
12 – After this take the cream on palate knife and spread all the cream through the cake and then for decorating you can take a piping bag and put nozzle ( which you want) and put  some cream into a piping bag  and make a design which you want and  put chocolate ganache on the cake.
And your delicious chocolate cake is ready.

 

 

 

Black forest cake


Ingredients :-
80gm flour, 20gm coco powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 50gm amul butter, 130gm milk made ( condense) , ¼ teaspoon soda, 1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence, 50ml milk.


Process:-

  { NOTE:- For black forest cake coco powder is used more because the cake is a bit dark.}
