Moong dal dosa


Ingredients:- 
1cup moong dal, 2 tablespoon rice, water as required, Salt as required, oil ( for roasting dosa), 1/2 onion (chopped), 1 inch ginger, 2/3 green chilies ( chopped).


Process:-
1 - First take a large bowl then add moong dal and rice into it after this wash moong dal and rice with clean water and then add water into it and keep moong dal and rice for soaking for at least 7 to 8 hours.
2 - After 7 to 8 hours drain off all the water from moong dal and rice and then grind or blend moong dal and rice and make a smooth batter. ( You can add water while grinding if required, don't add to much of water).
3 - After grinding or blending transfer all the batter into a large bowl and then add salt as required and mix it well and water if required.
4 - After this take a pan and pour ladleful of batter on pan and spread the batter in a circular motion on a pan.
5 - Then add some finely chopped onion and finely chopped  green chilies and oil on it  and then press it slowly so that the onion and chilies stick to dosa.
6 - After this check whether the dosa is cooked from the top, if cook flip it and cooked the moong dal dosa from the both sides. ( cook the dosa from the both side nicely make sure you don’t burn it).
7 - Now fold the dosa into a triangle shape or the shape of your choice and then slowly remove the dosa from the end
8 - finally moong dal dosa is ready to serve. Serve it with coconut chutney.

KANDA POHA


Ingredients:-  1/2 cup poha , salt as required, 1 Onion ( chopped), 3/4 chili ( chopped), 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, curry leaves, 2 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoon peanuts, lemon juice, coriander leaves ( chopped).


Process:-
1 - First take a Kadhai and add then peanuts into it. Roast the peanut and then remove peanuts and keep them aside and then add oil into the same kadhai.
2 - Once the oil gets heat then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds into oil and wait till the mustard seed and cumin seeds gets splutter.
3 - Once the mustard seeds and cumin seeds splutter . After this add green chili ( finely chopped) and curry leaves and mix it.
4 - After this add onion ( finely chopped), turmeric powder, salt as required and roasted  peanuts and mix it well till the onion get's soft.
5 - Meanwhile take a another large  bowl and  add poha into it and wash poha with clean water after washing poha  drain all the water from the poha and keep it aside.
6 - Once the onion gets soft then add poha into it and mix it well till the mixture and poha  gets mixed nicely.
7 - After mixing it add some lemon juice  and mix it again nicely and keep it on low flame and  cover it with lid for 5 min.
8 - After 5 minutes remove the lid and mix it again well and add some chopped coriander leaves. ( You can also add grated coconut).
9 - And serve  poha in a plate. You can serve poha with shev or plain as you like.
And your tasty and yummy kanda poha is ready to eat.
